When I was in college, I worked at a pet store. There were many clocks in our store, but for some reason, the clocks there were always different from the clocks in other parts of the store. They were set differently. The clocks that were on the walls or hung from the ceiling would be wrong.

I never understood why they were wrong. My philosophy is that time does not exist without a person's perception of time. Time is everyone's perception of time. When someone says, "I have no idea what time it is," it is because they are not interested in knowing what time it is.

If you are not interested in knowing what time it is, then you are not interested in knowing what time it will be. If you do not know what time it will be, then you do not know what time it was, and if you do not know what time it was then nothing that happened happened.
